Kathleen is a friendly and welcoming mentor. She had a great idea to break the ice before we started and it was flowing from there. I plan to work with her again in the future. She is full of ideas to improve your skills and practice on your own. Thanks Kathleen!

I have a HoH child who has ADHD and mild Autism. The school doesn't feel ASL is necessary for him, but we want him to get an early foundation in it. Dianna has been working with us with both direct teaching and finding resources, as well as understanding when he has a bad week and it is not a good teaching time for him.
Courtney is an excellent ASL tutor, and, more importantly, a wonderful human being. Courtney is a clear communicator & she is kind and energetic. We have two hard of hearing children as well as a younger hearing child. Courtney is able to communicate clearly with all three, as well as with us as parents, and she creates activities and conversations that are age-appropriate and fun for the kids. Our family looks forward to working with her each week!

I grew up HoH & became Deaf at 16 after becoming severely ill. Elizabeth is patient, kind, and understanding in a way that even though I was so nervous, by the end I felt so much more comfortable. I have goals, a plan, and I know I have someone who's going to help me... This is the most confident I've felt in understanding myself and my ASL abilities!!
